This exceptional opportunity will see you working within the Financial Planning specialty of our professional, unique and growing workplace which also offers Accounting, Law and Coaching advice and services.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the full range of client servicing activities. Working closely with one of our Financial Advisors to support a defined client group, you will provide exceptional client servicing support and administration. Specifically, your role will include implementing complex advice recommendations, preparing client review reports and recommendations, ensuring compliance and accuracy of files, liaising with product providers, paraplanners and other third parties and undertaking research into investment and insurance products.
An excellent communicator, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in client servicing in the financial planning industry, contemporary industry knowledge of client servicing practices and processes and be an accurate touch typist. Ideally, you will also be progressing toward attainment of a Diploma of Financial Planning. You will demonstrate excellent organisational ability and attention to detail, have a highly professional approach to your work and enjoy delivering focussed client care in a close knit team environment.
You will also bring capability in the use of financial planning software as well as knowledge or experience of SMSF administration and the preparation of simple SOA’s and ROA’s. You will love to learn and grow and adapt and contribute to exceptional client outcomes and a strong team environment.
The position will be offered on a full time basis with a span of hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm or 9.00am – 5.30pm. That said, we will consider whether we can offer a flexible individualised arrangement of work hours for the right person!
