We have the perfect opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our growing team in our Accounting division.  Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you will deliver exceptional administrative support across all administrative accounting processes and tasks.  You will thrive in ‘making it all tick’ and seeing the work flow through in a seamless and efficient manner.  You’ll enjoy interacting with our awesome clients to cover off all administrative angles on the work undertaken and take great pride and satisfaction in delivering quality work.

Your duties will include booking and preparing packages/documents for client meetings, preparing and managing correspondence (including with ATO and ASIC), invoicing, administrative procedure development, updating/managing client data/files, managing client lodgement reports, ATO liaison, management of the ASIC corporate registry, management of SMSF client files and setting up entities.

You’ll have at least two (2) relevant experience (preferably in professional services accounting), a solid broad based knowledge of administrative processes, superior PC and administration skills, impressive typing ability, excellent communication skills and a strong organisational and planning focus.  Previous experience using Xero Practice Manager and Accounts, Class for SMSF’s and Now Infinity for entity set ups would be well regarded.

The position will be offered on a full time basis.  Hours will be either as 8.30am – 5.00pm or 9.00am – 5.30pm, depending on your preference.
