I’d like to ask you to let go of your New Years’ resolutions, which let’s be honest, you were probably never committed to in the first place. Let’s reflect on why you wanted to make these resolutions in the first place. Was it to support you on your journey to live the best life that you can and that you deserve…
Let’s focus on what your ultimate life looks like? Are you healthy, happy, spending lots of time with your family and friends, not worried about money or the future?
Myself and the Rethink team truly believe that everyone has choices and has the right to exercise those choices to create the life that they desire and deserve. So it’s time to make a choice. Do you believe that you can have and deserve to live the best life possible that’s just right for you? If yes, then here are a few tools I’d like to share to support you:
- Shift your focus from thinking about what you don’t want in life. Start focusing on what you already have and how you’d live your life if everything was taken care of for you. Would you be spending more time with your family, would the first thing you do in the morning be to go to the beach? Once you are clear on these things, you can then start applying them with the below two tools.
- If you require ‘money’ to do the things in life that are important to you, then set some money aside for the things that are important to you. For example: set up a bank account purely for holidays and another for your kids schooling, if these are the things are important to you.
- If it’s ‘time’ that you need to do the things that are important to you, then put the things that are most important to you in your diary or calendar first, as they should be your priority and the other things can work around them.
I invite you to start living the life that you deserve and the life that is the best possible life for you today.
